Concierge OnBoarding - Building in Success
Basic Onboarding is required and non-refundable for all new Venntive accounts.
Every customer is unique and so is Venntive onboarding.
Thoughtful on-boarding is the secret to a successfull CRM implementation and adoption..
- It begins with a questionnaire to learn about your overall RevOps CRM strategy.
- Next, a strategic discovery and planning call.
- From this, a customized implementation plan is delivered.
- On-boarding and training completed in as little as two weeks..
An on-boarding strategy can include:
- Designating a Point of Excellence (person or team) who are responsible for defining processes and systems.
- Mapping your business architecture to enable a ‘single source of truth' experience for users.
- Ramp up optimization for cost reductions, time to adoption, and reducing duplication of data.
Basic On-boarding - $450 for a three-hour orientation, customization, on-boarding
Additional managed services and consulting starts at $195 per hour, minimum 5 hours per month.

What is a Contact?
A contact is any person, identified by name or email address. Our pricing is based on only the active contacts in your database. Contacts that have unsubscribed, hard bounces, or are otherwise included in your Suppression list are not figured in that calculation.
How does a free trial work?
Free trials provide you with a full version of a Venntive with a few restrictions and temporary limits on the software, like the number of emails you can send. Otherwise, you get the full experience of the depth and breadth of Venntive’s software, so you know exactly what you’re getting when you activate your account.
What is a User?
Can also be referred to as a Seat. In Venntive, any additional person, e.g. Marketing, BDRs, SDRs, Sales, Operations, that is given access to your account is a Shared Access User. The account administrator can customize and define access from one person to the next. Shared Access Users will each have their own login credentials.
Are there additional email marketing fees?
No. Email costs are tied to the number of Active Contacts. You can email the Contacts up to ten times per month. That works out to about one email every other business day. If you need to send more than that, you can send a request.
Is API access included?
Yes, Venntive has made API access standard as part of the platform. Our pricing is NOT based on API calls
What type of support is provided?
During published business hours, live chat is available via the website and within your account. Phone and webform support is included in your subscription fee to get your questions answered quickly by customer support specialists. Of course, clients are encouraged to use the extensive Help Center assets and knowledge base, the Help Bubbles throughout the platform, and the Guide Me tours for even quicker answers to questions.
Are there any overage fees?
Venntive’s pricing is designed to scale with the size of your business, so our customers are requested to begin by purchasing a level that fits their current database of Active contacts. As your database grows over time, the monthly charges will automatically reset to reflect that growth.
What is the onboarding fee?
Fees for onboarding begin at the minimum $500. Our onboarding is customized to meet each customer's unique needs.The fee is calculated after an Onboarding Discovery call. An Implementation Document is submitted for approval prior to project initiation. Factors including the number of people to be trained, account customization, strategic consulting, and any related technical requirements are considered. We strongly encourage completing onboarding tasks within 30 days for the best adoption and success.
Do I need to buy additional services?
After investing in your initial onboarding, nope. Once your new marketing-sales platform is live and your programs are underway, you’ll receive personalized technical support for the lifetime of our relationship. You also have our broad Knowledge Base, extensive video tutorial library, quick-start Cheatsheets and in-app Guide Me guides and help bubbles to self-direct your learning, as you choose. We’re here to ensure you get the results you need.
Additional continued training and onboarding for new Users is available once you have completed the initial account configuration and training in 30 days. Fees are calculated at a base rate of $200 per hour, in $1000 increments.
Do you offer Professional Services?
Yes, we do. When you want strategic expert help – whether it’s developing a strategy, cleaning up a list, fixing a deliverability problem, training additional team members, designing a coordinated email/landing page program, or managing a campaign hands-on – our experts can make it happen for you. Long-term or one-off, our team can extend your capabilities.
We are happy to work with you to develop and execute marketing and sales strategy. We also offer proofreading, copyediting, substantive editing, and line editing services for websites, landing pages, emails.

Do I have to pay for a year up front?
No! Venntive automatically processes charges monthly by default. We’ve found that customers appreciate this option for managing their capital outlay. We want your commitment to Venntive to be because you love our Account-Based Everything platform and not because you’re locked into an annual contract. Your long-term success is no less important because you have the luxury of paying monthly. And we want you to be happy.
In exchange, we require the professional courtesy of 30 days written notice via email to cancel your account.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! We offer discounts for:
- 1-, 3-, and 5-year subscriptions
- Verified non-profits - are you a 501c3 or other non-profit or NGO? Email Success@Venntive.com using the Subject line Venntive Discount.
- Verified start-ups - this doesn't mean you have to have received outside funding or participated in an incubator or accelerator. Email Success@Venntive.com with Startup Advantage as the subject line to learn about our special program for you.
