Another month in the books, more badass Venntive platform updates.
I’m especially excited this month for the botnet detection tools added as well as the update to GPT-4o for all the AI tools. Keep in mind that all AI tools (except the chatbot tool) are included in basic subscriptions without requiring your own OpenAI Pro account.
We are already on our way in June with a really smart IMO update.
Why is this so cool? Even though we associate tickets with issues customers are having, they can go far beyond that. Many organizations use Tickets for inbound marketing forms, for webinar registrations, for customer success support. Tickets provides detailed tracking, not only the resolution of the inquiry, but also tracks who was assigned the tickets, how quickly the inquiry is addressed, the time it took to resolve.

- Contacts > View CRM - The Opportunities panel navigation tab will now show a red alert with the number of overdue activities next to the word Opportunities (30 May 2024)
- Website > Signup Forms - Thank you URLs now support the use of dynamic and standard contact placeholders in the URL (29 May 2024)
- Added botnet detection on email reads (28 May 2024)
- Botnet detection on email clicks - New method to identify bots from emails sent out to reduce false clicks. View bot clicks in Email Tracking > Choose Broadcast(s) > Summary > then click on the Clicks column and look at the top of list of contacts who clicked (27 May 2024)
- Settings > Account - Now specify IP addresses to automatically be filtered out in website tracking across all groups (18 May 2024)
- Contact details - The Print function now hides the icons near the Mobile and Phone fields (18 May 2024)
- AI - Updated models to use new GPT-4o (14 May 2024)
- Contacts > Reports > CRM Activities > Engagement by Activity - This report now includes Invoices Due and Invoices Paid as measures of engagement so you can see how many and which contacts in a group have had invoices due or paid in a time span (13 May 2024)
- Recurring CRM activities can now be scheduled for Every Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/etc (also can be set by activities created by workflows) (12 May 2024)
- Apps > Ticketing - In the Public Form editor, there's a new field for Check User Field Email, which allows you to store an alternate email address in a user field. If the ticket is submitted by that email address it will automatically connect the ticket to that contact's primary CRM record (10 May 2024)
- Updated design of the opportunities Kanban board to have white cards, path color is the opportunity title text color, and cards are better displayed (7 May 2024)
- Updated library for number rendering for phone/mobile/fax fields (3 May 2024)
