We're thrilled to unveil more badass updates for this month! As always, we’ve been hard at work refining our platform to ensure the most intuitive, logical, easy-to-use user experience across the platform.
There’s more enhanced AI capabilities in our Communicate module as well as streamlined features in Invoices and Workflows. Dive into the details of these updates and explore how they can empower your entire business operations.
As always, all of these enhancements are included in every account. We are keeping the playing field level so you can excel without being thwarted by feature paywalls.
- Settings > Account > Settings > Email Settings - Email from domains can now be locked down to prevent usage by another account in the same portal (28 Mar 2024)
- Apps > Accounting - Top right quadrant (receivables) will now show opportunity ID and title if the invoice/quote is associated with the opportunity (28 Mar 2024)
- Apps > Ticketing and ticket update emails now include the name of the form that was used to create the ticket (28 Mar 2024)
- Calendar - Added support for dragging and dropping project tasks and opportunity close dates and proposal due dates in the main calendar view (26 Mar 2024)
- Workflows and Invoices - Added support for OpportunityManagerEmail_Placeholder as a new placeholder that is the email address of the opportunity manager (22 Mar 2024)
- Contacts > Reports > Custom - The CRM and contact custom report charts can now be clicked on to show the contacts who comprise that data in the chart, also those contacts can now be added to a group (21 Mar 2024)
- Contacts > Reports > Custom - New Custom report shows contacts who have/do not have future CRM activities assigned to them (21 Mar 2024)
- Contacts > View CRM > Opportunities > Kanban - The opportunity cards now have an hourglass to show the number of days the opportunity has been in that phase, with a red color if stagnant in the phase longer than the warning set in Settings > Opportunities (20 Mar 2024)
- Dashboard > Widgets - The Invoice Sales widget now can be configured to show stats for invoices sent or paid (20 Mar 2024)
- Apps > Ticketing > Public Forms - New category-level autoresponders that will update the ticket automatically, including AI-generated content to answer the ticket question (15 Mar 2024)
- Apps > Ticketing > Search - New checkboxes that allow for deleting multiple tickets at a time (power users only) (11 Mar 2024)
- EasyBuilder (Email and Landing Page) - New method of rendering background header image, added ability to repeat background header image down the page (5 Mar 2024)
- Contacts > Tools > Clean > Merging Duplicate Contacts -If you have automatic user field change triggers that activate workflows, you can suppress the workflow activation by checking a checkbox (4 Mar 2024)
