The new AI Ticket Summary feature and updated AI chatbot are now live in all accounts! February brought many updates to keep the system current with popular requests and necessary improvements. • Communicate > AI Chatbot - The web-based chatbot can now work together with a live person chat like Olark, allowing the user to request to speak to a human to open the live chatbot (28 Feb 2024)

• Website > Blog > AI Blog Generator - Images created for automatically generated blogs are added to the Media Library in a folder "AI Blog Images" (3 Feb 2024)
  
• Settings > Account > Settings > Quote/Invoice Settings - You can specify custom templates for quotes and invoices and use placeholders in the templates (2 Feb 2024) and added support for SalesRepName/Email/Phone_Placeholder in invoices (5 Feb 2024)
  
• Settings > Account > Integrations - Integrations at the top of the screen were reordered so Stripe is on top, then Authorize.net, then Paypal (1 Feb 2024)
