The new AI Ticket Summary feature and updated AI chatbot are now live in all accounts! February brought many updates to keep the system current with popular requests and necessary improvements. - Communicate > AI Chatbot - The web-based chatbot can now work together with a live person chat like Olark, allowing the user to request to speak to a human to open the live chatbot (28 Feb 2024)
- Communicate > AI Chatbot - Updated fine tuning to use OpenAI's latest model gpt-3.5-turbo-0125 (28 Feb 2024)
- Communicate > Emailer - When loading emails from the Open dialog, if the Sent Emails checkbox is checked, we will also show emails sent from deleted groups if the user is a Power User (28 Feb 2024)
- Invoices - Now support opportunity-related placeholders (24 Feb 2024)
- Opportunities - When editing an opportunity, the New Product and Create New Product are both next to each other to reduce User Experience confusion (24 Feb 2024)
- EasyBuilder Emails - Added new templates Boutique Business, B&W Business, and Literary Agency, and redesigned Interior Design Business (24 Feb 2024)
- Calendar - Monthly view items have more spacing around them and rounded edges to make them stand out (23 Feb 2024)
- Apps > Projects - Gantt chart date range now stays persistent when you navigate away from it (20 Feb 2024)
- Communicate > AI Chatbot - Website crawler now automatically will descend Into linked pages (keeping the browser open while it crawls and builds prompts) (19 Feb 2024)
- Communicate > AI Chatbot - Chat engine now uses embeddings and fine tuning to ensure responses better adhere to custom knowledge base/prompts (19 Feb 2024)
- Calendar -To reduce clutter, tasks from completed projects only show the task completion date if the task has been completed (16 Feb 2024)
- Calendar > Booking Calendar - in Settings > Calendar - You can now have the 3 custom fields also collect the contact's title and company (8 Feb 2024)
- Apps > Ticketing - You can now assign multiple contacts to be auto-assigned for a ticket, where It will round robin the ticket assignment (6 Feb 2024)
- Workflows - When using the Assign To or Append To contact data fields, workflows now support contact placeholders and dynamic placeholders (6 Feb 2024)
- Apps > Ticketing - When editing ticket summaries, new AI button will suggest 5 summaries for the ticket based on all of the updates for that ticket (6 Feb 2024)
- Communicate > AI Chatbot - Web-based chatbots now have "Talk to Me" for pure speech recognition interaction (5 Feb 2024)
- Website > Blog > AI Blog Generator - Images created for automatically generated blogs are added to the Media Library in a folder "AI Blog Images" (3 Feb 2024)
- Settings > Account > Settings > Quote/Invoice Settings - You can specify custom templates for quotes and invoices and use placeholders in the templates (2 Feb 2024) and added support for SalesRepName/Email/Phone_Placeholder in invoices (5 Feb 2024)
- Settings > Account > Integrations - Integrations at the top of the screen were reordered so Stripe is on top, then Authorize.net, then Paypal (1 Feb 2024)
