9. OpenAI - All trial and active accounts can access all AI functions (except custom ChatBot tools) without having to integrate their own OpenAI Pro account (10 Jan 2024)
10. Projects - project tasks can be reassigned in bulk from one contact to another contact (6 Jan 2024)
